What Will the Chosen People Choose?

Hat Tip to @DrMartyFox
Hat Tip to @DrMartyFox
The 2nd amendment exists to protect us from tyranny; an armed populace is tough to take over.  One need look no further back than Nazi Germany for proof. And one may look to the same era to see a safe and secure Israel is critical for the continued safety of Jews everywhere, even in America.
Israel is like the 2nd amendment to us. We don’t have to whip it out, but it’s good to know it’s there.
For reasons that boggle my mind, the bulk of American Jews are clinging to liberally social values and sticking to Obama. They are defending a woman’s right to choose over their own right to exist.  Topic for another time, defending a woman’s right to choose has de-evolved to defending the wanton, capricious destruction of millions and millions of babies. Sound familiar? If not, scroll back to the first paragraph. There is nothing Jewish about supporting abortion. Rape is why we changed Jewish law in order for the mother to determine that a child born of a Jewish mother is Jewish. If we wanted to invent abortion back then, we would have. We invented everything else didn’t we?
I digress. Israel is usually on the brink, and for the first time America does not have it’s back. Even more shocking, American Jews appear ready to rubberstamp this into continuation.  Prime Minister Netanyahu, I think will wait as long as he can, in the hopes we in the U.S. will awaken from our stupor, spit the free birth control from our mouths and run the usurper off.
But know this, PM Netanyahu will not allow the destruction of Israel, even if the liberal Jews of America will. And here’s another fact to consider. If Israel attacks Iran prior to November 6th and Obama does the right thing and supports this action, he will win in a landslide. And on November 7th, Obama will withdraw the support.

Omar Kadhr, CONVICTED TERRORIST, back in Canada

Omar Kadhr, The terrorist convicted of throwing a grenade that killed American soldier Christopher Speer, was flown from Guantanamo Bay to purge his 8 year ''sentence'' in Milhaven maximum security pen in Bath, Ontario.

Despite the fact that most Canadians were AGAINST it

The fact that he is ''Canadian'' should not have played a role in this. You travel to a foreign country to aid and plan attacks on American and Canadian soldiers, kill an American soldier, are convicted, and then whine about your conditions of detention??? Anyone ever heard the saying ''If ya can't do the time, don't do the crime'' ??

This asshole is the POSTER BOY for political lobbies gone wrong. Pressure groups, MUSLIM pressure groups have been annoying everybody and their mothers about Kadhr.

I don't care that he was born here. When you commit crimes in the name of Mohammad the pedophile pig, then in my book you ain't Canadian. When you commit crimes in another country, you WAIVE your citizenship. Hell, Vito Rizzuto, the alleged mafia Godfather from Montreal was convicted in NEW-YORK and did his time in Colorado.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not minimizing the impact on society the Mafia has, but generally speaking, they only rub out their own. Kadhr on the other hand TRAVELLED to Afghanistan to kill SOLDIERS who were only there to hunt down a WANTED CRIMINAL named Osama Bin Laden. It's the equivalent of killing a cop in the line of duty. No more, no less, and he should be doing LIFE.

Now watch him sue the Canadian government for leaving him there too long......

An Open Letter to American followers of Islam & Mona Eltahawi

Originally posted on DaTechGuy blog

Good Afternoon:
As you may or depending on the state of the public schools where you live, may not know the first Europeans to permanently settle in what is now called the United States were people fleeing religious persecution, people who’s ways of worshiping God were different than those around them and suffered for it.
When they came to America the various churches massed in various colonies and based upon their own level of tolerance for other religions enacting laws restricting the practice of other religions until finally with the adoption of the Bill of Rights in the New constitution in 1787 the principle of freedom of religion was firmly established as a national policy.
We’ve had a few bumps as Catholics in Pennsylvania and Joseph Smith could tell you but by and large we’ve done an excellent job allowing people of any and all religions to practice as they please.
Islam has been around for quite a while, as a Roman Catholic I see several things good about it, particularly it’s devotion to regular prayer which is the basis of any devotion to God.
As an American I freely welcome you to practice Islam in America. Worship God as you see fit.
As an American I freely welcome you to make public your practice, hold festivals, have parades, share cultural events, let your culture be part of ours as so many other cultures have before you.
As an American I freely welcome you to use all the freedoms promised to protect religious belief under the laws of the United States and of the individual states to make sure your right to worship is respected.
As an American I freely welcome you to make your best case for Islam, explain your religion, proselytize, I invite you to make the finest argument you can that Islam is the best way to get closest to God and to live a better life that you can, both in public and in private.
As an American I freely welcome you to make the case against my religion, any other religion or no religion at all. If you say Islam is truth explain why other religions are false or have it wrong in print, in media and on the net.
As an American I freely welcome you to attempt to convert people even a Catholic like me. Convert the entire United States if you can
BUT
As an American and as a Catholic in America In return I Demand the following:
You MUST NOT prevent others from Worshiping God as they see fit
You MUST NOT restrict the public practice of other religions, festivals or any other celebration or expression of any other religion.
You MUST NOT violate the laws of the United States nor the individual States where you live in the practice of your religion.
You MUST NOT prevent others from making the best case they can, in public or in private, for their religions or religious denominations, nor prevent others from making their case to follow no religion at all.
You MUST NOT prevent others from making the case against Islam, for explaining the flaws in your belief and declaring that you have it wrong in print, in media or on the net.
You MUST NOT prevent others from converting followers of Islam nor must you harm those who do. Islam must be able to stand on its own two feet
You will note that I do not request these things, I do not entreat of you these things as a courtesy, I do not say you SHOULD NOT do these things. I say you MUST NOT do these things.
This is part of the American compact, America is not just a place where free commerce can get you anywhere economically, it’s a place where everyone competes in the battlefield of ideas and competes freely.
If you do otherwise:
If you choose to practice and excuse things such as Honor Killing
If you attempt to pass laws to restrict critique of Islam.
If you attempt to silence the voices that would argue against you by physical action or vandalism
If you commit violence against those who would preach another creed even in towns where you are the majority,
If you attempt to slay those who would choose to leave Islam.
If actively and material support those who would overthrow this nation and it’s laws or target America & Americans for slaughter.
Then I say you have broken the compact of America, and I will fight you in word or deed to my dying breath.
The choice is entirely yours.
My own Church the Catholic church predates your religion by hundreds of years. In nearly two dozen centuries it has had ups and downs. It has had success and scandal and it has been loved or as we see lately in America despised, attacked and ridiculed by those in power and media.
This doesn’t worry me. The message of Christ and the Church is a true message, it has faced obstacles for centuries and still endures and flourish. It will continue to do so.
I submit that if you truly believe Islam is worth the paper it’s printed on or the Arabic script it’s written in, then it can stand on it’s own in the marketplace of ideas regardless of it is despised, attacked or ridiculed by those in power or those in media without the need of violence, threat or intimidation to back it up and if it can not, if you can not allow it do to so, that tells me you have neither faith in the truth of your own religion nor in “Allah” himself?
We can either be friendly rivals both honestly arguing for he best for ourselves, our families, our neighbors and our country, or we can be enemies.
Your call.

Kindergartners given gay-centric lesson plans (By: B. Christopher Agee)

October is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender History Month – the second month of the year we’re told to celebrate the homosexual lifestyle. The first, of course, is Gay Pride Month. The gay community apparently needs a great deal of attention.
Black history (and presumably pride, as well) is celebrated during just one month, despite the fact that blacks make up more than 13 percent of the population. Somehow, an incredibly small, incredibly vocal minority of homosexuals require two months for the great advancements they’ve evidently bestowed upon society.
How small is the group? While polls suggest many Americans believe as many as one in four are gay, estimates put the total at a mere two percent.
Not only does a sliver of the American citizenry claim one-sixth of the year for its own self-indulgence; school kids as young as five are being forced to take part in the celebration.
A Florida school board voted on a formal resolution to include an LGBT history curriculum for its K-12 students. The decision came one year after California added gay history to statewide school standards.
I contend that sexual proclivity should not be discussed in kindergarten. This is pure indoctrination. Teachers are touting the merits of a lifestyle many view as sinful, and the target audience is quite literally captive.
Liberal idealists will call me naive; but for all their talk of inclusion, wouldn’t celebrating American history and American pride year-round help everyone feel as if we’re part of the same team? Instead, the left reverts to their default setting of separating everyone based on skin color, gender, or sexual preference.
This type of divisiveness has no place in America and, more importantly, should not be tolerated in the nation’s state-controlled classrooms.

Under the Fedora : Polls Crowds Grandparents

A special contribution from Peter ''DaTechGuy'' Ingemi

NOTE FROM NACBU:

NACBU is VERY PROUD to have Mr Peter Ingemi as a special contributor. He is an accomplished journalist covering a multitude of subjects. You can find his blog HERE .

POLLS CROWDS GRANDPARENTS

Strangest story I saw this week, the front page story of the Drug Dealer who is constantly putting up bail for his homeys
A drug dealer arrested in a large cocaine sting earlier this month has been using cash earned from the sale of drugs to bail out his alleged dealers and others involved in cocaine trafficking, according to police.
Hey one of the basics of running a successful business is taking care of your employees
There is a Poll out of Pittsburgh showing only a two point gap between President Obama and Mitt Romney, strangely enough while the Pittsburgh Tribune is talking about this poll and the Lonely Conservative has written on it, the MSM hasn’t said a word. This poll is +6 D in the state yet all Obama can manage is a +2 in the poll. If you can explain to me how Barack Obama is a shoe-in yet is only up 2 pts in Pennsylvania you’re a smarter man than me. Speaking of explanations there is a general rule that if you are ahead, you tend to go to states that your opponents might have a lead and start to make a move to force them to use resources in states they normally would not. That being the case can someone explain why he was campaigning in Milwaukee Wisconsin? Just last week the media was telling us he was up 14 points in this state?   Meanwhile the there is a poll the MSM has not had any problem reporting on:
The New York Times, in collaboration with Quinnipiac University and CBS News, is tracking the presidential race with recurring polls in six states. In Ohio — which no Republican has won the presidency without — Mr. Obama is leading Mr. Romney 53 percent to 43 percent in the poll. In Florida, the president leads Mr. Romney 53 to 44 percent in the poll. The surveys, which had margins of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points for each candidate, also included a Pennsylvania poll, where Mr. Obama is leading Mr. Romney by 12 percentage points.
Being a calm and rational type I took the liberty of looking at the internals of this poll and discovered two things that didn’t make sense: In Ohio & Florida Mitt Romney is leading among independents Mitt Romney is getting 91-92% of the republican vote Well that’s odd if you are leading among independents and still drawing 91% plus of your own party it it’s pretty hard to be down 10+ or so in a poll at least it would be if you didn’t look at the samples So you have the media oversampling the Dems to the nth degree and the president campaigning in states that are supposedly safe, with interesting results
The pavilion was not "filled"--a local reporter for Patch.com filmed empty seats in the bleachers at the side of the arena (see above). Nevertheless, the Journal-Sentinal played it safe, putting attendance at roughly 5,000-plus, a small but respectable turnout. That's not how national media covered it. Darren Samuelsohn of Politico reported that the president addressed "a crowd the Obama campaign estimated at 18,000 in a city park overlooking Lake Michigan" in an attempt to "lock up" Wisconsin. Laura Meckler of the Wall Street Journal--whose news section, according to UCLA professor Tim Groseclose, is the most liberal of any major mainstream outlet--repeated the campaign's 18,000 claim without even revealing the source of the official-sounding estimate.
I’m sorry but if you have to use D+9 samples to generate a lead and then have to over report the size of rallies in blue states by a factor of 3 that suggests there is reason for panic in the land of Obama As I’ve said over and over again, look at what people are doing, not what people are saying. I’m typing this paragraph on the ground in front of a podium in Atkinson NH waiting for the GOP candidate for Governor OvideLamontagne& NJ Governor Chris Christie who will be speaking to a crowd that a bit over 200 as of the time I sat down on the blacktop.   You don’t hear a lot about NH in the MSM, I suspect that’s because the news out of the state is not going to be very good for the left One of the people I ran into was Tom Duggan. Tom didn’t like how the MSM and the newspapers were covering the news, so he started a paper of his own. It’s a monthly called the Valley Patriot and he does a lot of the leg work himself. It’s not quite the same as being a blogger but it’s there   Speaking of the NH Race living in Massachusetts I see all the NH commercials as we share a media market including the ads for Democrat Maggie Hassan. Of course I say “Democrat” because I’m able to confirm that online, if you were looking at her ads you would have no idea what party she belongs to or who the current president is. When I see Maggie proudly touting the name Barack Obama THEN tell me how good he is doing in the polls. ---------------------- Have you heard of my subscription only commentaries? For as little as $2 a week you can get premium commentaries not available to the public. Here is the teaser for this week's bit  The full version is here and just the price of a Starbucks coffee away. ---------------------- This week’s Doctor who episode The Power of Three was not only the best of the season so far, but was the best of the run of Matt Smith. One of the best parts of the episode is the use the character of Rory’s father (Played brilliantly by Mark Williams of Arthur Weasley fame). With Amy & Rory leaving next episode I’m thinking it’s a crying shame he wasn’t introduced earlier.   Finally I mentioned Chris Christie’s speech I have the full think linked above but the close is so incredible that it deserves it’s own clip:  http://youtu.be/q1pIoBxAA3A
Remember this image as is leave, everybody feels this same way about this no matter what state you live in. This is about will our children be able to raise their children here where we grew up right? So in New Hampshire for all of you who love this state and helped to build it, what’s going to happen? if we don’t make the change that needs to happen, if we don’t elect Ovide governor and go in that course Then for all those little league games and soccer tournaments, for all those Christmas concerts and spring plays and for all those little birthday parties around the kitchen table that as grandparents you get to go to now because your children are raising their children right here in NH If this is no longer a place where they can get a good paying job If this is no longer a place where they can afford to buy a home, if this is no longer a place where there’s a great education to help them take their children to the next height they’re gonna to leave. They’re gonna to leave where that becomes available And then you are going to become airplane grandparents and you won’t make those little league games not all of them, or those soccer tournaments or those Christmas concerts or spring plays and worse yet you won’t make those little birthday parties around the kitchen table which is where the fabric of our life is woven
If this kind of speech was given in Massachusetts years ago, maybe we wouldn’t have 5 less electoral votes then when I was born and I wouldn't be advising my kids to

ACLJ Quietly Scrubs Away a Senior Counsel

It appears that the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has quietly removed every reference to their Senior Counsel James M. Henderson, Jr. from their website.
Additionally, Mr. Henderson has been removed from the list of Adjunct Professors at Regent University Law School.
The question is, why? What has caused this legal stalwart of the conservative cause, a brilliant constitutional law specialist who was deeply involved in the Terry Schaivo case, the Bush/Gore recount boondoggle and legal protector for the National Bloggers Club, to have his presence apparently scrubbed from the ACLJ website?
I can’t seem to find a retirement notice, death notice or any of the other type of notice that occurs when a noted legal scholar and practitioner departs such a high-profile law firm.
If Mr. Henderson had merely been hospitalized for a lengthy stay, gone off on a bender, taken a sabbatical or kidnapped by aliens, the ACLJ and Regent University Law School would not have removed any reference to Mr. Henderson.
These actions, coupled with the lack of any public statement about Mr. Henderson from either entity appears to validate the rumors circling (and reported on by Exposed Politics and The Patriot-Ombudsman). If these rumors are true, a public statement by the ACLJ is in order. If they are not, that also is a reason for a public statement by both entities.
At the very least, I would expect to see Mr. Henderson’s bio page at ACLJ restored with an added line like “Mr. Henderson is on sabbatical.”
There are some who will accuse me of being a member of “The Kimberlin/Rauhauser Axis” because I am pointing out a fellow conservative, or at the very least of being a tool, of being directed by someone on the left.
Pure BS.
No one tells me what to write, who to write about or when to publish my articles.

We MUST question our own lest the opposition assail us for hypocrisy. Open and honest dealings are what we expect from those people and entities that purport to represent our voice and cause. Proper reporting of these events and/or exposing of individuals and entities that do not meet the standards expected of conservatives is an essential part of our cause. Deals behind closed doors, cover-ups and any other dirty dealing is simply not acceptable.

UPDATE (12:40 EDT): After an exhaustive search, I have found numerous mentions of Mr. Henderson being an Adjunct Professor at Regent University School of Law but never a listing for him on the Adjunct Faculty web-page, even using the Way Back Machine!

Is it possible he has been fraudulently inflating his resume and status all along?

UPDATE II (13:05 EDT): Even deeper digging has revealed that even though I could not find Mr. Henderson on any listing on a web site owned/operated by the University, I did find him on the Chamber of Commerce web site (http://www.chamberofcommerce.com/virginia-beach-va/10150824-regent-university/) and about a third of the way down the page is this entry:

One Shouldn’t Set a Thief to Oversee the Treasury

From An Ex-Con's View:

As most of you are aware, I am an ex-con, having been convicted of several minor felonies over the years (mostly for bad checks) and a batch of major felonies relating to my being a con-artist and military impostor (not convicted of that but admitted).
I am very opinionated about what ex-cons should and shouldn’t be allowed to do in relation to politicians and political activity, especially in the area of fund-raising and PAC’s.
Ex-cons should be allowed to:
  • Contribute their own money to political campaigns, PAC’s and other fund-raising entities.
  • Voice their opinions on political issues in the public square (all forms of speech).
  • To be a member of the press (however it is defined) and enjoy the protections of the 1st Amendment.
  • To be a part of any political campaign organization that will have them (except as noted below in the prohibitions).
  • To be a consultant to a campaign or PAC as regards strategy to acquire votes for a campaign.
Ex-cons should not be allowed to:
  • Operate, create, be a Director or Treasurer of any political fund-raising organization, PAC or politically oriented non-profit.
  • Have any dealings with funds in any political campaign, PAC or politically oriented non-profit.
  • Register voters or have any connection with the collection, processing or submission of voter registrations.
  • Be involved in any way with fund-raising, disbursement or accounting of funds or any other financial activities for any political campaign organization or PAC.
  • To be a consultant to any political campaign organization, PAC or politically oriented non-profit in the area of fund-raising or any other effort that is designed to produce revenue for said organization from any source.
This is a very narrow doorway but one designed to keep ex-cons honest, prevent fraud and con games. This also helps politicians, PAC’s and campaigns prevent “gotcha’s” down the line.
While you may “set a thief to catch a thief” one shouldn’t set a thief to oversee the treasury.
UPDATED WITH COMMENTARY FROM THE IMPOLITE CANADIAN:
There’s no shortage of redeemed ex-cons out there from both sides of the border willing to get involved in the political debate. Being one myself, I know from experience that my past life has helped me uncover many fakes and frauds.

Ex-cons should be welcomed by the right, as long as they have proved themselves to be upstanding citizens. And even then, they should NOT be in charge of collecting or distributing funds; you don’t let an EX pedophile babysit your children or put a fox in charge of the hen-house.

But we can offer insight on how the criminal mind works, because, well, we used to think like that.  Why is it that police is always a step behind criminals? Because they think like POLICE, and not as criminals. When you played Hide and Seek in your youth, you had a big advantage when you were the ‘’seekee’’  compared to the ‘’seeker’’.  There’s a thousand places to hide, but only one ‘’seeker’’.

But what blows my mind is that a guy who LIED about his past even when outed with paperwork from the county, who has been attacking fellow conservatives, who has taken expensive trips and ate expensive foods, on the dime of generous but credulous Americans, is being PROTECTED by the same people who tried to EXCLUDE us ex cons from reporting on matters that involved ALL the conservative movement based on our FULLY DISCLOSED PAST.
Some of the ‘’defenders’’ should take a long, hard look at themselves….Ali Akbar is not the savior you made him out to be. He’s NOTHING but a criminal, an unredeemed one at that.

Others who are involved in this should stop and think of their credibilities. ‘’But what about YOUR credibility’’ one may ask…I don’t have a credibility. I’m a fouled-mouthed, in your face ex criminal. I know that. But I also know a con when I see one.  People with HUGE credibilities are defending Ali Akbar. People with EVERYTHING TO LOSE FROM ASSOCIATING WITH A CRIMINAL: Michelle Malkin (member of the NBC board), Robert Stacy McCain, who I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST PERSONALLY, other than telling us to shut up, witch will NOT be happening, Lee Stranahan, who makes a living conning people and as a pornographer, using Breitbart’s  image unauthorized, using material from other bloggers to gain pull on a story, then threatening lawfare (ALA Kimberlin) when called on it.

These people and many more may have some s’plainin’ to do when the whole NBC fraud comes crashing down just like the A.L.A. came crashing down. What’s gonna happen to their hard-earned credibilities?

If in the end I AM WRONG, I will put out a post telling the world I was wrong, and sorry. Will they do the same? Will they still claim we have barked up the wrong tree? Only time will tell. Or actually, only OFFICIAL IRS FILINGS will tell.
                                                The Impolite Canadian

There is No Substitute for Actually Being There

From DaTechGuy's blog, 9/25/2012:
[...]
A few days ago I got a call from Robert Stacy McCain asking me if I could join drive down to his undisclosed location (that he offered to disclose) pick him up and head for Ohio.
My situation did not allow it, so Stacy was able (with some effort apparently) to change Ali Akbar’s mind to join him for yet another trip to cover the Mitt Romney Bus Trip in Ohio.
Stacy has photos here and a piece in the Spectator here but this really isn’t so much about this particular trip nor the idea of Stacy & Ali on the road.
It’s about stuff like this:
NC Chairman Reince Priebus just held an impromptu press gaggle and said, “We’re going to outspend the DNC 10-to-1 for the next six weeks.” Asked about polls showing Romney-Ryan trailing in Ohio, Priebus said “we’re within a field goal and we’re going to crush [the Democrats] on the ground.”
I’m watching Morning Joe right now and I haven’t seen a word about this declaration by the chairman of the GOP. I don’t pretend to have been doing this long or having been trained in this business (BS CSC minor US History) but the blunt statement that: “We’re going to outspend the DNC 10-1 for six weeks” from the GOP chairman is what we call “News!”

Now, I'm not a fan of the daring duo of Stacy and Ali but I do follow Stacy's reporting even whilst deploring the involvement of his traveling companion in acts that bring question and disgrace to the conservative cause.
I am an ex-con of an even worse stripe than Ali even though from all appearances he in still obfuscating and minimizing that and his criminal activities that lead to his conviction. As an ex-con I can contribute my voice and opinions to our conservative dialog but I would never seek to be involved in any political campaign or organization where fund-raising was concerned. That is just wisdom, something I'm afraid young Mr. Akbar hasn't acquired.
Just this old fool's opinion.

NACBU Wants ... YOU!

No, Sir, I Will Not Yield ( By Jerry Wilson, Goldfish and Clowns)

In Frank Capra’s classic film Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, one that is mandatory viewing for all lovers of America and haters of corrupt politics plus media, there is a scene during the movie’s climax in which Jimmy Stewart’s character is on the Senate floor confronting false charges brought by those who brought him to the Senate to vote for a pet project. One of the senators asks him to yield the floor, to which Stewart’s character angrily replies, “No, sir, I will not yield.”

So Goes Ohio (By Amy Lidster)

I have a friend on twitter. Navy vet, Red Sox fan in the Diaspora, good husband, step dad, blogger, hard working guy. Never stuck his hand out except to pull someone else up.
Conservative dude in Toledo, fighting the good fight, goes to church and works at a job coaching disabled people for a major corporation, but his hours have been reduced. And when his hours have been reduced, so have the disabled workers.
So goes Ohio, So goes the nation.
What's my point?
Our Candidate, Mitt Romney is coming to his hometown this week, and he can’t afford to take the two hours necessary off work to go see him. A once in a lifetime chance to see whom we believe with every fiber of our being the man who will deliver us from incompetence and he can’t go.
In a year, @richjanet96 probably will be able to take 2 hours off. But it will be too late, the campaign will be over and President Romney won’t be visiting Ohio as much.
Maybe Rich and those in his charge can take those two hours off and watch the state of the union together. And heave a sigh of relief.

ACLU: High school's father-daughter dance is discriminatory (By B. Christopher Agee)

The American Civil Liberties Union has certainly taken an interest in disrupting the
traditions of one Rhode Island school district lately. Earlier this year, the freedom-squashing
ACLU (naturally) took up the cause of a 16-year-old atheist student
offended by a “controversial” prayer banner donated by the graduating class of 1963.
In the end, the school buckled and removed the donated banner while
the student’s lawyers stuck the city with $173,000 in legal fees. Agree or disagree with that decision, but the ACLU was not finished dissecting
the school’s so-called offensive practices.
Recently, the left’s favorite group of lawyers turned their focus to the same school district after one parent complained that the traditional father-daughter dance amounted to gender discrimination. Not satisfied, the ACLU also pressured the school to end its mother-son baseball game.
In a statement, an ACLU spokesperson explained why the events are supposedly discriminatory.
“Not every girl today is interested in growing up to be Cinderella,” the spokesperson stated.
That statement seemingly states that, to the ACLU, if an event doesn’t appeal to 100 percent of those who might possibly attend, the event is discriminatory and must be banned. Could anyone imagine a world where each opportunity for entertainment must appeal to the entire population?
Since everyone doesn’t like acting or singing, should there be no drama or choir clubs in schools?
To his credit, the city’s mayor stated unequivocally that he feels the decision was ill-advised, saying it was
made in “the name of political correctness.”
The district’s superintendent, though, seemed to support the new policy.
In an internal letter, he said, “[T]his is a public school system and under no circumstances should be isolating any child from full participation in school activities and events based on gender.”
Leftists continue to deny there are any differences between the two sexes, which likely helps justify the ongoing cry for gender to be a non-issue in marriage. Traditional parents, though, still see the need to
reinforce the gender roles the human race has embraced since the beginning.
Within one year and one school district, one can easily see how the ACLU and its liberal amen choir wants nothing more than to redefine this nation and what it means to be American. Beginning in grade school, students are now told boys must not act boyish; girls cannot embrace the girly; and no one, under any circumstance, may be allowed to pray (or even be in the same room as a written prayer) to Jesus Christ.
We cannot let them hijack our future generations and must realize they are well on their way to doing just that.
